What this website stores
The interactive guide uses local browser storage to protect progress on the device. This is not a cookie, but it can remain after the browser is closed until the user clears it or the browser removes it.
When you sign in, account cookies identify your session so you can manage your bookings and save your guide. They are not used for advertising.
Guide progress on a device
Local guide storage can include answers, notes, completion status, save times and a queue of changes waiting for cloud confirmation. It is used to restore the guide and reduce the chance of losing work during a poor connection.
You can delete the local guide copy from the guide controls. Clearing browser data can also remove it. A shared browser profile may expose the local copy to another person using that profile.
Account session cookies
Session cookies contain technical authentication information. They are used to confirm which account is making a request and to refresh that session securely. They are not used for advertising.
Supabase provides account access. Its cookie names begin with sb- and include auth-token or code-verifier. Longer values may be split into numbered cookies. The current cookie lifetime is up to 400 days from when a cookie is set or refreshed, although the account session can end sooner. Logging out removes the website's account session cookies.
Google controls cookies on its sign in pages. Stripe controls cookies on its secure payment pages. Their own privacy and cookie notices explain those services and their storage periods.
Browser guide alerts
If you enable a browser guide alert, the browser stores permission and subscription details needed to deliver it. You can turn the alert off from the website control or your browser settings.
Analytics and marketing
No analytics, advertising or marketing cookies are currently configured. If that changes, this notice and any required choice control must be updated before those tools are activated.
Your choices
Use Log out to end your website account session. On a shared device, log out when you finish and delete any local guide copy you do not want to leave behind.
You can clear cookies and site data through your browser settings. This can sign you out and remove guide progress saved on that device. Guide storage has no fixed expiry and remains until you delete it or your browser removes it.
Browser alert choices and subscription information remain until you turn alerts off, clear site data or your browser removes them. Your browser settings let you revoke notification permission at any time.
