Your health and treatment suitability
Before treatment, you must disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, medication, pregnancy and recent surgery. Tell Kehinde about any changes before later appointments so treatment suitability can be considered.
Medical approval may be required where appropriate. Treatment may need to be adapted or postponed if it is not suitable for you.
Treatment and wellbeing information
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Sports massage and nutritional therapy do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Website information and recovery guides provide general wellbeing support. Guide entries are not monitored and must not be used to request urgent or emergency help.
Clients under 18
Anyone under 18 requires prior agreement from the practice and consent from a parent or legal guardian. Please contact Kehinde before booking for someone under 18.
Bookings and payment
Choose an available website appointment and pay securely through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been verified. The booking confirmation is shown on the website.
Recovery Plans are paid upfront. Choose your first appointment when buying a plan, then arrange the remaining sessions with Kehinde within the plan validity period.
Recovery Plans
Contact Kehinde about a plan cancellation or refund before the first session. Any amount retained must be fair and reflect a loss the practice can reasonably justify. Nothing in these plan terms removes a refund or other remedy required by law.
- Focus Recovery Plan: six sessions, valid for 12 weeks from purchase.
- Signature Recovery Plan: four sessions, valid for 8 weeks from purchase.
- Extended Recovery Plan: four sessions lasting 90 minutes, valid for 8 weeks from purchase.
- Plans cannot be transferred to another person.
- Plans are non refundable once the first session has been used, subject to your statutory cancellation and refund rights.
- A late cancellation or missed appointment may deduct that session from the remaining sessions, as explained in the Cancellation Policy.
Prices
Prices may change. Check the displayed price before paying. A later price change does not change the price of a booking or plan you have already purchased.
Cancellations and rearrangements
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations may be charged, and missed appointments may be charged the full treatment price. The separate Cancellation Policy explains the rules, plan session deductions and consumer rights safeguards.
Website accounts and guides
Sign in is needed to book through this website. You can read the public pages and use the interactive guide without signing in. Keep your sign in account secure and log out on shared devices.
Saving guide progress to an account is a separate choice. A browser copy may remain after logout until it is cleared. The account controls let you export progress, withdraw cloud saving consent and delete the cloud copy. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The available recovery guide is for personal use. Other guides marked as coming soon are not available to buy, and requesting an alert does not create a purchase.

Contact Kehinde using the practice's published contact details with any question about your booking or treatment. Please raise a concern promptly so it can be considered.
These terms do not exclude your statutory cancellation rights, including any cooling off period that applies, or your right to services provided with reasonable care and skill. No plan restriction or cancellation charge limits a remedy you are entitled to by law.
